Not recommendable! Dirty, no fridge, no air conditioning, rooms very noisy and small. The way to the beach is far and awkward. The "playground" is outdated, grubby and partly broken. The floor plates are partly loose and very dangerous for children. The trampoline is not usable. A trip as a family in this place is an impertinence and not recommended.

For a night it can be good owner kind to the pity but that only AFTER the payment to the question "what time for breakfast?" I answer "no breakfast we give it only after June 15th" INCONCEPABLE So only bed no Breakfast! Understood in the area 2/3 times a month ... My money doesn't see them anymore!

The structure consists of a beautiful two-story villa divided into hotel rooms. The property is located away from the sea, say a 500 meter walk, on a sort of small hill. If you are looking for a quiet place and you are not too interested in the sea and still great. The view is really pretty from the spacious terrace. The rooms are large and well furnished with only one flaw, unfortunately not just the soundproofing, you can really hear everything that happens in the two adjacent rooms. Breakfast is a bit industrial but still complete. The price-quality ratio is still adequate ... We paid a really modest price, and the room is really nice and clean, well .. !!

The property offers very comfortable and modern ground floor rooms. It has a beautiful well kept garden and a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Breakfast is quite varied but a little 'scarsetta, meaning they are on the table already prepared croissants mignon 3 and 4 small thin slices of bread for 2, cappuccino and coffee pods. There is no frighetto in the rooms. It is difficult to find without a navigator, you have to climb in the middle of narrow streets. I'd come back a next time except that they charged 10 euro per night for the very esagerata.Sapevo digit dog an additional six years but that around with him wherever he'd never paid that amount,

Stunning location, clean room. Sea view breakfast on the terrace. Free use of bicycles on reservation was appreciated. The only drawback the constant noises, already from early in the morning ... caused by the girls who live with the family in the accommodation above our room .. I WISHED TO REST MORE !!!!

Top landlord who always personally takes care of everything and has great tips for tours in stock. The rooms are all freshly renovated and modern furnished. Wonderful sea view from the terrace and really rich varied breakfast. I can totally recommend this accommodation.

Not happy with everything, the reception not good, the remark at 10:20 in the morning like what the breakfast ends at 10:00, the note to pay before 11:00 .... The bad soundproofing of the room, brief has forget

On 10 and 11 April 2018, I stay at this property for two nights at the price of € 90 per night, for a total of € 180.00, honestly I found the price excessive considering the service to say the least bad, indeed non-existent, as after the first overnight stay no cleaning was done in the room, the bed was made, bathrobes and towels were replaced, which we had left on the floor as usual, so we were forced to reuse the same dirty ones. The breakfast room is located outside the structure which can be reached in the rain, from a very dangerous staircase with high steps, considering the rain, there is a risk of slipping, not only to access the room you still go down three steps without handrails, these too steps are dangerous to slip as they are wet by water and also very high. At the entrance there was no umbrella stand, for the rest we had to make the coffee in the dispenser machine, for the price paid I find the service very poor.

An hotel with two themes: the movie that inspires many of the decoration in the rooms and the location that is well introduced by the owner. The sea in sight from the terrace and at walking distance, the flower greenhouses all around and the area give this place a nice charm.
